House History Report writes a report about the address you send. This page says what happens to it.

What we keep, and for how long

Your form answers, anything you email us and the finished report are kept for 30 days after delivery so we can answer your follow-up questions, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the report; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never publish your report or your address, never research or name the people who live there now, never sell or share your details, and never use your address for anything but your order. Everything in the report comes from records that are already public.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it.
